Refund & Cancellation

01. Engagement Cancellation

Clients may request a cancellation of services within 48 hours of the initial service agreement. A full refund of the initial deposit will be processed only if the architecture discovery phase or any technical work has not yet commenced.

02. Non-Refundable Deliverables

Due to the intellectual labor and custom-coded nature of our consultancy services, refunds cannot be issued for:

• Completed project milestones.
• Custom workflow automation logic already deployed.
• Architecture blueprints delivered to the client.
• Retainer-based consultancy hours already utilized.

03. Milestone Disputes

If a deliverable does not meet the technical specifications outlined in the Service Level Agreement, clients must report the discrepancy within 7 business days. We will provide necessary iterations to align the deliverable with the agreed-upon project scope.

04. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Vortexa Technologies LLC reserves the right to deduct any third-party transaction fees incurred during the initial payment.
